This accommodation was on the third floor. I don't think that was emphasized enough in the description or I didn't read it well enough. My 79 year old friend had a very difficult time with the steep stairs to the third floor. And, she was asked to remove her shoes. Her shoes are part of her ability to walk well. Other than that, the place is great.

This rental was great. It is a very short walk to the Strafford SEPTA station in one direction and shops (incl. CVS and Target), restaurants (Chinese Delight has good takeout), and a Whole Foods in the other. The neighborhood is pretty and peaceful, the house quiet, and the bed spacious and comfortable. (The inflatable mattress in the other room worked well for our son.) The host Rizwana was friendly and thoughtful, attentive to requests. If business or pleasure brings you to the Main Line or Philly, consider staying here. It is conveniently located and an excellent value. We look forward to coming back.

The ‘Nest’ did not disappoint as two quiet , comfortable, rooms and a full bath were respite from busy days with family. The location has easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping and is quiet despite being within a stone’s throw of the mainline train and Lancaster Avenue. The hosts are on site and were responsive to requests immediately. I loved the hot showers and clean white towels after a visit on a muggy afternoon to nearby Chanticleer garden. Thank you too for the morning coffee and cold bottled water. There are some steps to climb with luggage but this did not distract from a lovely stay. Thank you Mustafa and Rizwana. I hope your future guests enjoy their stays as I did.

We had a wonderful stay! We were in town for a friend’s wedding and Rizwana’s listing was the perfect place for us to spend the evening. Rizwana was extremely responsive and accommodating to our requests and needs. Beautiful and charming home.

As our first Airbnb stay, Ushmila’s Nest truly exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place for our family to rest and regroup between our older daughter’s baccalaureate and graduation programs. The two very clean and nicely appointed rooms are separated by a short hallway with a nice closet and the bathroom which lends additional privacy and a home away from home vibe. The plenteous and helpful amenities were wonderful and set up and stored within pretty furniture and storage pieces. The leafy views from the windows added to the peaceful aesthetic. Our other daughter is still attending the same university, so hopefully we will be able to enjoy more stays here next school year!
