It does not cover damages or stains caused by the pet. Community Guidelines: Due to the HOAs rules, we cannot accept any last-minute bookings that are less than 4 days of check-in. The community requires us to register all guests at least 4 days before check in. You will receive a form once you book that needs to be filled out in order to register. We are located in a 24-hour gated community which requires you to fill out a guest registration form for security purposes. Guest registration form will include full names and ages of each guest as well as vehicle information for each vehicle entering the community. Names on submitted forms MUST match the legal ID of the person driving.
