Great facilities, including barbecue, sauna and hot tub. However, you sleep on mattresses, not in beds. You’ll need to make your bed when you arrive. The description of the place needs to be clearer about this. This is clearly the former sauna and associated living room for relaxation. It was not originally interned for accommodation. The kitchen does not have a tea towel or any cloths for cleaning. The bathroom does not have a hook for hand towels. The lock had broken just before we arrived. We stayed there without a lock. The owners could have attempted to fix it while we were there.

Kaspar's place was very nice, especially the yard/garden area outside. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need (kettle, french press, great variety of glasses, cups, plates etc). It has a big living room with a large sofa that turns into a bed, a smart TV, a dining table with four/five chairs, a small kitchen, heaters, and a fireplace. There is a large showering area in front of the sauna. We did not use it (70 eur for sauna is expensive for us as we do not use it for more than 5 min), so I can't comment on it. The hot tub outside was fantastic. At night, if you turn off the outside lights, you can enjoy the sky and stars while you are warm in the hot tub. Just two things: The location on the place's page didn't lead us to the exact location (maybe needs a little adjusting), and the water (kitchen/bathroom etc) has a very bad smell, maybe due to the pipes etc ( a 5-L water bottle was left for us). We liked the place very much and I am sure it would be better during summer.
