I had a fantastic experience staying at Flxho. He is an incredibly kind and responsive host who goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a comfortable stay and the best part was that the check-in was amazing because of change in plan from side i just loved it and the experience was amazing 👌
A nice place to stay for a night or two if you are at Gurgaon for some work. The place was well mangaed and the staff was courteous and helpful. The place was neat and clean and well maintained.
My call to the property manager received no response; the host stepped in promptly. The property manager then appeared, taking our bags without a word, leading us 50 meters to an alternate property. Despite exhaustion, we checked in. Passports were presented and scanned for both me (Indian) and my foreign friend. Disappointment awaited in the room-no balcony, stained sheets. Questioning the sudden move, the host offered vague reasons, arranging sheet replacement via the new property's staff. Surprisingly, staff later demanded immediate checkout and suggested another move, even threatening entry denial at night due to my friend's nationality and removing luggage from property. I reminded them of the passport check during initial entry. The host's attempts proved unhelpful. They pushed for a property change while inquiring about our check-out timing. This soured our experience, marring my friend's first India visit. Shouldn’t be a super host.
