Loved my stay at Virginia’s place. Incredibly beautiful location, very comfortable, and I slept so well, nothing like sleeping on the water. Would love to stay here again.

This was super cool experience! it was accurately described in the listing. Nothing fancy but I'm sure she was a gem back in her day. The bed and couches were comfortable. we did not have any problems sleeping. It was so nice to have a toilet on the boat but still have a regular bathroom steps away from the dock. Blue tooth speakers, TV and internet all worked. The boat had regular power out lets to be able to charge your phone. The host responded to my message in less than a minute when I had a question. I would've loved to have stayed longer but we where just in town for the night. If you're on the fence about booking , just do it. You won't regret it.

So, the listing was inaccurate... The boat wasn't spacious, it doesn't have staterooms, it has cramped sleeping berths. There was only a 3/4 bath, but the shower was unusable because there was no hot water, the water smelled like rotten eggs and when we turned on the power to the water pump, water was leaking out of the kitchen faucet and flooded the counter. The refrigerator wasn't turned on, the microwave required an extension cord to plug in. The two major issues was the overwhelming smell of mold due to the boat being off line for a few months. Lastly, there wasn't a heating system on the boat, the host provided an undersized portable space heater which did not maintain 68 degrees overnight. The boat was cold, damp and outdated. The access to the boat was over a temporary dock which required us to jump off the pier onto plastic floats between the pier and the boat, very unstable. There was no way to secure the cabin on the boat as the lock was broken. Not what I signed up for...

Beautiful scenery all around. The boat and sunset made the perfect background for our engagement and pictures. Would definitely go back again when the weather is warmer. Within walking distance to some amazing local seafood.
