Lovely home that was the perfect place to settle in and have a glass of wine after a long day. Rented it for family on a visit to West Point and the location is perfect. Very old home with lots to see inside. Due to home’s age, be prepared for very hot upstairs — but easily mitigated in winter by significantly lowering downstairs heat before bed and/or cracking a bedroom window for air. Great and responsive hosts who make guests feel welcome and safe.

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a generous basket of goodies. We love the location, just a stone's throw from USMA, making our commute a breeze. The house itself is in a picturesque neighborhood walking distance to restaurants and an adorable coffee shop. The home has a colonial aesthetic with nods to West Point and the Hudson Valley. The result is a space that feels both timeless and inviting. The house was spotless and the amenities were truly outstanding, with thoughtful touches like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, and a pack n play. The owner has meticulously considered every detail, providing comfortable mattresses and high-end bedding. I can't fathom how anyone could leave a bad review. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning our return visit. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and charming escape in the heart of the Hudson Valley, look no further. Highly recommended!

This was the worst Airbnb I have ever stayed in, and I have been using Airbnb for 9 years. The place was poorly maintained by Evolve. There were no toiletries, the electricity kept going out, and the bedding was not cleaned properly that it made us all itchy and gave my sister rashes. Our family had to leave the property before the end of our stay because we couldn’t stand it anymore. The host was unreachable and do not care about my complaints. The management company was useless and incompetent. Airbnb support was no help either. They blamed me for having an allergic reaction to their sheets. This host should be banned from Airbnb and Evolve should be held responsible for the poor upkeep of this property. Do not book this place unless you want to waste your money and risk your health. You have been warned.

This is a lovely place in a great neighborhood and village. Can't recommendnit highly enough.
