Pretty clean and easy access place, the tent could use some air conditioning bit during night time it was perfect.

The museum is located on Morgan street also just on the other side of town 550m from our location. We also have the Railway museum at Railway parade, just behind the Railway Hotel on James St/The Burnett Hwy. We have a supermarket which is open till 7pm 7 days, post office open till 5pm, weekdays. We have 3 Hotels, The Grand hotel is open till late with pokies, meals, a bottle shop & they also have a courtesy bus. The dam is just 2km away, there is 2 lookout points in town Arthur Timms in Hall st & Frank Golding in East st, both within walking distance
Most places are within walking distance of accommodation if your wishing to travel to Rocky Young's buses travels in to Rockhampton weekdays, Local Golden Mount taxi service and The Grand Hotel has a courtesy bus
