Welcome to our beautiful cozy family cabin in Sunriver, near The Village & Water Sharc Park. Enjoy the wooded landscape of our home on Wickiup Lane while you play & work. Our 3 Bedroom | 4 Bath plus bonus room home sleeps 8, comes with 8 SHARC pool & recreation center passses! We have a spacious hot tub for you to enjoy after a day of biking, golfing, or a long walk along the river. 7 min. to The Village (restaurants), 25 min. to Bend, & 30 min. to Mt. Bachelor. Max 8 Guests. Our house features beautiful spacious vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams in the main living room, kitchen, and dining area as well as the main bedroom upstairs. We added 2 routers for very fast wifi needs to support all your devices. The Wickiup Getaway is the ultimate destination for both relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy a fun barbeque, cozy up around the fire pit, or easily access the bike path from the expansive deck. Unwind and soak up the sun in the two-person hammock, and revel in the abundance of seating in the open-concept space that's sure to impress even your most discerning friends. HIGHLIGHTS OF OUR HOUSE: -> Fast & free WIFI with 2 routers -> 8 SHARC passes to the pool & recreation center for guests to use -> 3 Smart TVs: all with live Cable TV (2 of them with DVD Players) -> 7 Adult bikes, 3 kid bikes, 1 stroller, 1 bike stroller, 3 scooters & lots of helmets -> HotTub, BBQ, Firepit, outdoor dining table & picnic table, 2 person hammock -> Fully stocked kitchen and a lot of other amenities for you to enjoy -> Comfortable King Bed, Queen Bed and (2) Double Beds -> Sofabed (plus 2 Airbeds) for extra sleeping accommodations -> No smoking -> No pets allowed -> No open-flame bbq (we provide propane tanks for our BBQ) -> No fireworks at any time and -> No inside confetti or glitter bombs of any kind BEDROOMS: The MAIN Master Suite (upstairs) has a king bed and his & her bathrooms: One with a shower and the other with a soaking jet tub. The bedroom has a working station with two monitors & a charging station. The suite also comes with a smart TV including a DVD player. [there's plenty of room if you want to use one of the Airbeds stored in the linen closet]. The 2ND MAIN Suite bedroom is located downstairs with a Queen bed and has its own private bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the deck and hot tub. This bedroom also has a desk and chair for your dedicated workspace with a window view. The 3rd bedroom is downstairs and has two full beds. The bedroom has access to a nearby full bathroom in the hallway shower/tub combo (about 10-11 feet down the hall and also sits across from the NEST thermostat and laundry room). TWO LIVING SPACES: The main living space is the LIVING ROOM which comes with a 65-inch smart TV which you can access cable channels and log in to your stream service with a soundbar. While the fireplace is not to be used, you can turn on the candles in the fireplace with a remote. The 2nd living space is a BONUS ROOM we've set up with a Queen Sofabed, smart tv with cable, and a DVD player plus many board games. The bonus room has blackout drapes you can close for privacy. The room also comes with a Foosball Table you can easily move around and a round table perfect for puzzles, or playing card games. KITCHEN & DINING ROOM The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, and cooking tools. We've even included a dedicated space for a coffee bar. We provide one bag of ground beans to start you with. The Dining Room features a dining table that comfortably fits 8 (but we've even squeezed in a few more by moving the chairs from the game room). By the way, there is a children's size folding table for 4 stored in the entryway closet as well as a kid's booster chair. OTHER Other amenities include central air, ceiling fans, 3 smart TVs total (2 have DVD players), a basketball hoop in the driveway, a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and a hot tub to relax in after a long day biking, skiing, or hiking. In the summer months, we set up the outdoor dining room table as well as the seating area around the firepit. Our home comes with many amenities for families such as a booster seat, kid's plates, bowls, utensils, sippy cups, a single bob stroller plus a ton of games, coloring books, books, and movies for kids. Oh and there's a kid's size picnic table hanging in the garage you can use. NO PETS , NO FIREWORKS and NO SMOKING allowed. OUTSIDE LIVING & GARAGE Our house has a large back deck that faces a generous open area surrounded by ponderosa pines and a bike/walking trail path you can easily access. The house (back deck) is located in a quiet part of Sunriver but close to Fort Rock Park, and an easy bike ride to the river, SHARC, marina, stables, Sunriver lodge, and The Village. (you can also walk to all these places, but it will take a bit longer). In the summer, you'll be able to use and enjoy the grill, the fire pit, the dining table, the picnic table, 2 person hammock, and seating around the fire pit. [we set out the outdoor space in early May] Bikes, helmets, sleds, and more: You have access to the garage where we've got you covered. There you'll find 7 adult cruiser bikes, a bike trailer, one 20-inch kid's bike, one 16-inch kid's bike with training wheels, a balance bike, and three kids' scooters for you to enjoy. There are plenty of helmets for kids and adults but you may want to bring your own for the perfect fit. PARKING Our home has plenty of parking to easily fit 6 vehicles. We only need you to leave access to the garbage bins behind the garage. RENTAL AGREEMENT, AGE ID & DISCOUNTS We require a rental contract to be signed online and sent via email after your booking. We will ask for your email address immediately after booking. The minimum renter age is 25. A photo ID will be required to verify. The rental agreement will be emailed from Veronica and must be signed in order for your booking to be considered final. COME VISIT Sunriver has been a very special place to us for many years.
