Great location and amenities. They never set us up on the Latch App but the key card worked just fine.

Great stay! The condo is in a safe area with upscale new apartment buildings. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Close to the baseball stadium. Close to the metro. Very convenient!

We were happy with the location of this place as well as the ease of parking. Communication was difficult or zero at times and we are used to being able to notify someone when something is missing. The apartment itself is fine and does the trick. Please note one bedroom doesn't have blackout shades, just a regular shades so light still comes in. We had nothing to cook with and no dish soap but a sponge? We also had requested a pack and play for my child but there was not one available despite being told there would be one. We had to try to block her in an adult bed with pillows, it was a challenge. We did receive a partial refund for the inconveniences. If you are a single guest or traveling as a young couple, this would be better suited for you versus a family.

Fantastic location in DC, just blocks from Nationals Park (you can see into the stadium from the front door of the building) and the Navy Park metro station. The unit itself was in good condition and 100% matched the description and pictures. I found the external verification and security deposit process clunky, and didn't receive the Latch app access instructions at the time I expected, which were the main downsides to an otherwise good experience.
