Decent location - 10/15 min walk to the city centre. The place was nice for a weekend getaway. Definitely recommend

It was a really nice place and a lovely location where it is walking distance to the city centre, house was in good shape and looked well taken care of. My only adjustment I would do is to keep on top of the shower area as there was mould near the shower area. Apart from that it was a great place to stay at!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. It’s run down, dusty and dirty. We were met with rubbish left behind strewn on the street, snail trail and snails dead on the kitchen rug, and many broken things (lamp, clock left on floor and loo roll holder). There was black mould in multiple rooms, chipped and shabby decoration and the pillows and bed were uncomfortable. The fridge wasn’t clean inside. Not luxe in any way as per its listing. Also the electric heaters are unsafe and likely breaking fire regulations: balanced on two legs which if on and topple over would cause a fire. The legs should have been screwed in. The location is central and Bath is a walk away which was one of the only positives. We reported all these issues to the management company and they declined to help us.

Does the job but wouldn’t recommend. Bathroom and bedrooms covered in mould. Very noisy area too but pretty central so good as can walk into town easily.
