First of all, the house is quite old. There was a ton of trash all around the house's entrance. When we checked in for the first time, the towels didn't dry out properly, which disappointed us. However, the house is good location, near Hongik University Station (exist nos. 5 and 7) and bus stations, and 10 mins walk to Hongdae shopping street. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and facilities nearby. Thanks 🙂

The inside of rhe house was clean and for an old house it didn't smell. but there were areas that needs extra attention like the window seal and balcony were dusty. the lower portion of the toilet bowl was dirty. the water in the shower was also difficult to achieve the right temperature. We also has a problem with the entry of the house as it was made as a dump site for unused things and at one time it smelled bad. the stairway going up to the 2nd floor also didnt have any light.l and it was difficult for us because we had kids. but overall it was an okay stay for the price.

Rumah dekat dengan hongik univ station dan bus station. Rumah bersih dan fasilitas lengkap sekali. Namun dihari ke lima saya menginap, air mati selama 3 hari dari pagi hingga sore hari sehingga saya diberikan mandi dirumah sebelah. Hal ini saja yang sedikit mengecewakan. Untuk lainnya bagus! Thanks

房子整體地理位置不錯，往房子的路上會經過大上坡或是需要爬樓梯，樓梯不是特別長還可以接受。房子周圍有超商、咖啡廳、公車站機能不錯，在新村跟弘大中間，往兩邊都很方便~一開始屋內沒有衛生紙但房東很快速地協助處理!六人住空間蠻剛好的，稍嫌可惜的是一樓通往二樓的樓梯很窄而且晚上沒有燈，有大型行李要小心，另外第一天到首爾時好像下雨了，所以二樓門口有積水一直到第二天的晚上才散去~住宿這幾天沒有遇到甚麼問題，房東回覆很快速且友善!!

the location is close to the Sinchon subway, 7 minutes walk, lots of restaurants and shops around, the house is clean, complete with cooking utensils, we enjoyed staying there and will probably come back there again
