Ashan's place was exactly what we hoped for. It was a couple of moms with daughters putting on a retreat. The AC wasn't working in half the rooms, but thankfully it was a cloudy weekend. Communication was a bit difficult as there were no instructions for check in until much later in the evening. It was all sorted out eventually. Location felt very safe.

What a great place this is! A home away from home, with both management and staff very friendly and approachable. They were always there for us and attended to our needs instantly, be it socket adapters or anything small - or something we struggled to get working. On some occasion when the management noticed us getting uncomfortable with anything out of working hours, they were there for us to explain it and got it sorted at the earliest of the next morning. Great hosts, good location, beautiful compound and very executive and clean with top class security, we did not have to worry about anything. One of those places where great quality service is more they provide and not just there to make money. Highly recommended and will definitely return next time.

In summary, our experience at this 4- bedroom house in Lilongwe was nothing short of amazing. The exquisite property, top-notch amenities, and outstanding staff made it an unforgettable vacation/ business trip for our group. We wholeheartedly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Lilongwe.

I believe we were among the first guests to stay in this development. We experienced frequent power outages, periodic loss of water, and non functioning air conditioner. The staff did try to address the issues and were successful for the most part. Although they never managed to get air conditioning working in every bedroom, they hooked up the washing machine, repeatedly restored electricity and water/hot water. There were some other issues which I believe are related to this being a new business and being unfamiliar with AirBnB and how it works. I believe over time the issues will be resolved and this will be an excellent place to stay. The Villas are nicely furnished, relatively clean, and very safe. We loved most of the staff! We are hoping to stay there next year when we return.
