Una vista increíble y muchos servicios a la mano…mucha seguridad en el complejo de las torres, muchos lugares agradables para comer…Roxana dio precisas indicaciones para la llegada…en mi caso llevaba mi hijo con parálisis cerebral y todos los servicios de elevador y rampas nos facilitaron las cosas…claro que volveremos él estuvo feliz…felicidades Roxana!!! We arrived to Roxanas place and were greeted by security and given wristbands for security. We were given instructions to find the key on a window which was weird. An ideal check in would be with a pin-pad lock on the door. We went inside and the smell was not pleasant, but still we started to settle in. As a mom I always check doors and windows to be locked and to my surprise the window in the washroom by the fridge was not lockable. The window is right on the hallway to the other apartments so that made me feel unsafe since I was with my three kids. I sent Roxana a message and she replied with no solution. We hardly slept comfortable that night since the beds didn't have a bed protector so you could see the stains on the mattresses. The next morning I tried to give it a chance. We were about to use the shower but the floor had a bunch of hair on it. I knew for sure then that the house was not clean and checked ourselves out. It's sad that such a beautiful apartment was not usable.
