Owners Jeff and Gina Paglialonga not only love to travel but have worked in the travel & hospitality industry for years. They have spent decades exploring the globe, often with their four children in tow (visiting 6 out of 7 continents). These avid travelers are both enthusiastic about travel and about making lifetime memories with friends & loved ones. Almost 20 years ago they first dipped their toes into vacation rentals, buying their own beachfront condo. Jeff and Gina’s years of travel taught them a ton about what travelers are looking for in a vacation getaway. Within no time they were turning their passion into a business. First by founding Teeming Vacation Rentals, a turn-key vacation property management company (which received the rare distinction of making the Inc. 5000 List of fastest-growing, privately held companies 6 years in a row, and which was recently acquired by Vacasa), and then with the launching of Teeming River Cruises in 2017. Although no longer managing properties for other owners, they still manage their 8 personal vacation properties (i.e. Jeff and Gina Properties) and truly love “wowing” guests with the most spectacular rentals equipped to meet the highest of expectations. Jeff and Gina have built their home on faith, family, and fun; and strive to infuse this in all they undertake, including their vacation rentals. The twosome’s love for travel spans decades as does their romance (High school sweethearts, fellow University of Florida graduates, married 36+ years with an ever-expanding family including 3 adorable granddaughters). Almost as much as their own love of travel is their love of introducing others to its multitude of wonders ~ be it family, friends, a shipload of passengers, or vacationing guests. And just like they adore making lifelong memories with their family & friends, they love being able to provide dream vacation escapes (be it the beach or the mountains) so guests can make their own memories!
