Patrick在京都的房子虽然不大但一应俱全，地理位置也很好，只是房子在胡同里，Google定位不是很准，还好Patrick等在弄堂口。前期的沟通也很顺畅。

Me and my friends stayed at Patrick's for 4 nights and had a fantastic time. We arrived a little early but Patrick let us drop our bags off and met us at the house, showing us a nearby spot to grab some food whilst the cleaners finished up. Patrick took the time to walk us through all aspects of the accomodation and gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do in Kyoto. The house itself was lovely, perfect for the four of us and a great distance from livelier parts of Kyoto. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone

Patrick‘a house is a gem in Gion. Within walking distance to restaurants and sights and bus stops and train station. Patrick and his wife welcomed us and showed us the house and gave recommendations on what to do. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended.

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay in Patrick's place. He was there to greet us and recommend places to go and give us an overview of Kyoto. The house was in a quiet area of Gion, close to temples and walking distance to the traditional side of Kyoto. We saw 5 geishas/maiko on our street during our stay. We loved having a separate sleeping space (twin beds upstairs) and lounging space (tatami room, bathroom and kitchen downstairs) so my husband and I could relax after the kids were in bed. Deep soaking tub, warm heaters in the winter, combination washer and dryer was convenient to come to clean clothes after a day of sightseeing. The guidebook for the house was one of the best I've seen at all the Airbnb's I've stayed at. Slight hiccup with not being able to help us send our luggage to Tokyo but it was a minor inconvenience. Great stay otherwise.
