Mukava majoitus viikoksi. Ainut miinus tulee siitä, että asunnossa haisi tupakka. Se tuli ilmeisesti toisesta talosta, asunnosta tai kadulta. Lisäksi asuntoa oli hieman hankala lämmittää ja sisällä oli vetoisaa, mikä on ymmärrettävä koska kyseessä on vanha talo. Viihdyimme viikon hyvin ja saimme hyvät unet. Seutu oli kaunista ja lähistöllä oli paljon hyviä ravintoloita!
Mit dem ÖV schnell im Zentrum. Vom Airbnb aus kann man verschiedene Stadtteile einfach und schnell erkunden. Bilder stimmen mit dem Zimmer überein. Sehr einfaches und flexibles Ein- und Aus Checken. Gute und einfache Kommunikation mit Sleep Inn (gehen auch auf Feedback ein). Wenn wir wieder einmal in Antwerpen sind werden wir sicher wieder dort übernachten.
Sleep Inn is located in a great area! The apartment was really clean with a comfortable soft bed. There were towels and soap provided and the decor was stylish. Only thing to beware of: The staircase is verrrrry narrow and the elevator is very small. To keep in mind with luggages. Other than that, would recommend!
The place had all listed amenities and is close to restaurants and city center. I did not sleep well, due to bad internal insulation. The building is all Sleep Inn suites. So if the other guests stay up late or even just move furniture around, laugh etc… it sounds like they are in your room. This was disappointing for me, and resulted in not having a rested holiday. Pity! So if you are a light sleeper and go to bed before 12, this might not be the place for you. Hosts are super responsive, the gyms are luxe and nearby. The staircase is very narrow, but there is an elevator.

But it is also a neighborhood with many architectural highlights. The eye-catcher of the area is the beautiful building of the Royal Museum of Fine Arts. Our tour starts here. Then, we explore charming streets with beautiful mansions and visit, among other things, the new Palace of Justice, a pearl of contemporary architecture. We walk along old docks and through the ‘neighborhood of the future’: Nieuw Zuid. We end our tour on the renovated Scheldt quays, where we enjoy a magnificent view over the river.
