Easy check-in. Secure property. Condo was very spacious. Nice pool with plenty of chairs. Enjoyed the tennis/pickle ball court.
Lara was wondering to deal with. Her place needs a new kitchen and bathrooms. Needs some TLC. Pretty dusty.
Great property in New Smyrna. Condo was just as described and lots of extras if you need them. Kitchen was stocked really well. Beautiful view and great hostess Lara was very responsive and accommodating!

Absolutely beautiful location and condo, the unit had everything we needed to feel right at home and comfortable during our vacation. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The views speak for themselves, you just can’t beat waking up to the sounds and sights of the ocean. The condo pool is very well taken care of and is the perfect temperature, cool during the day but feels nice and warm in the evening. The location is ideal, close to everything we needed or wanted to do. I would definitely recommend Lara’s place and will most likely be booking there again the next time we return to Florida.

The condo is centrally located on the non drive side. Walk to restaurants like So Napa, Izzy's Ice Cream and Tacos, Chases, Bakers Table, Little Italy, just to name a few. Get your exercise in and walk beach side down to Flagler Ave, approx. a 2 mile walk. The condo is also kid friendly, so no major breakables and everything is easily cleaned, There is a good size pool with a deep end of 8 feet. tennis courts, shuffle board and grill also on site. Condo comes with a small charcoal grill that you can take down to the beach.
Might I suggest renting bikes (do an internet search for that, many choices). Its a popular and perfect way to get around. You can lock up the bikes on the first floor of parking garage. The condo is 2 miles from Flagler Ave. Lots of restaurants and shopping available there. But there is also Canal Street downtown. That's a little further, but biking is a ton of fun and easy way to not worry about parking and having a few libations. Cheers! Also the 2 popular app ride share companies are available in NSB.
