Kevin is a great host, very responsive and immediately helping. The flat is very conveniently located, 15-20 min walking to University of Glasgow, that was what I was looking for. Easy to commute to any part of Glasgow as very near to subway. Great many eating places in the vicinity. Overall great experience.

We had a great stay in Kevin’s apartment, which was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a good supply of tea, coffee and other kitchen basics which was very welcoming. Kevin was a friendly and responsive host, and the area is well located for the university with local amenities in easy walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

I’m writing this as someone who lives in Glasgow - I was using Kevin’s place as a stop gap for moving into a place I’ve bought. Honestly I did not want to leave this flat. It’s very convenient - only 5 minutes to walk to Partick station where you can take the subway or trains to Glasgow Queen St and Glasgow Central. It goes without saying that the flat is really well done up and looks fab. But what I really liked were the attention to details and extras. The bedding and mattress allowed for me to have the best sleep I’ve had in ages. The kitchen is well stocked and everything has its place. The TV has all the streaming services and there’s also a Sonos speaker in the kitchen. I really appreciated the Glasgow/Scotland specific artwork and books. The close (shared stairwell) in the building is well maintained, and so is the bin area and garden. Overall I wouldn’t hesitant to stay here again, and would recommend this as a place to explore all of Glasgow.
