Tatiana is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the island. She helped me feel at home and her space is very clean with brand new appliances. She thinks of everything to setup a nice stay for her guests and I can’t recommend her enough!

I still believe this is a good value. Renters have to know that the locks do not always work, and you will hear noises from outside and from the floor on occasion, at least once quite loud. However, Tatiana is a patient and friendly host.

Tatiana was a fantastic host. She was always responsive, helpful, and accommodating especially after the typhoon that had altered my travel plans. Her house is in a great spot for exploring the southern portion of the island, not too far from a convenience store and gas station in Agat. I always felt safe and relaxed during my stay, and will definitely book again if I ever need to while visiting Guam.

I had a fine initial stay with Tatiana. She has a modern, swank house. You might hear a knock on a side wall, but I heard nothing while I was sleeping. I slept soundly. And she ensured order when using the common areas.
