Great townhouse with gorgeous mountain and golf course views!! We really enjoyed our 5 night stay, the townhouse was just as described and pictured and everything in the house worked as it should. We enjoyed the patio, access to the pools, and updated kitchen and bathrooms. The palm Valley country club grounds were also beautifully maintained. The only con was the heater was not working in the pool on our first day, but we contacted Meredith and the HOA and they had the issue fixed by the next day. There were alternate community pools within walking distance that we could use, so it wasn't a big deal. As stated in the listing, there property is subject to train noise, but it didn't bother us. We would definitely stay here again!

This Airbnb was fantastic for a quick 5 days get away in Palm Desert to spend Thanksgiving with your loved ones. The management company was attentive and accommodated every request we had including early check in and late checkout. The area was beautiful and the place was clean and well stocked. The kitchen appliances were new. Perhaps some update to furniture might be needed in the future, but everything was comfortable and worked. I highly recommend this townhouse to everyone and will definitely consider it in the future even for an extended stay.
