能看到很美的日出与日落，房东也很好，主动在小区门口等我们，能很快的回复与解决问题，大巴扎与升天教堂很近，步行几分钟就到了，步行一分钟就有超市，很方便，小区环境挺好的，还是好的体验！

The place is clean. Though we have a problem with the water heater as it is difficult to shower. The heater is directly attached to the shower wall which is quite small and limited space. Also we couldn’t figure out how to adjust heater of the apartment.

Great classic style older apartment block with very clean and spacious setting. If you want an authentic stay in Almaty this is a great choice. Simple instructions. Thank you!

First of all, thank you for letting us into your place. The place is huge for the 5 of us. We liked that the shower and toilet are in separate rooms because there's five of us, no need to be in a rush to shower. Linens are clean and complete. The temperature of the room is just right. Only problem we had was the water temp was hard to control but it's not that big of a deal for us. The building was old so it was kind of scary at first but the snow in the playground at front was very pretty we forgot about the old bldg. Will recommend this place still for sure.
