Welcome to our lovely home. We are located minutes away from Highway 401 and the 404/Don Valley Parkway in an easy accessible neighbourhood. In addition, the CF Fairview mall and Don mills Station is just a few minutes away. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area and in-suite laundry (washer and dryer). Maximum 1 person allowed only. This is for a male guest. Common spaces shared with other guests.

Welcome to our lovely new home! This unit is conveniently located near two plaza's, The Peanut Plaza and The Skymark Place Shopping Plaza. Both of which are within walking distance (12 minutes and 6 minutes, respectively). In addition, you can find supermarkets such as No Frills or Tong Tai supermarket, Pharmacy (Rexall), Banks (TD bank, Royal Bank), Fast Food restaurants such as Subway, McDonalds, Popeye's Chicken, Pizza Pizza, KFC and much more.
