Niel was an excellent host. Check in instructions were clear and Niel was very communicative. The place is spotless and had everything we needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a month in early spring. It was an excellent location for checking out the various attractions in SW Utah. The townhome was like new - very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The community's heated pool was a nice bonus feature. Niel was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. As snowbirds we especially appreciated the great weather St. George provided.

Niel's place was great! It was very clean and comfortable, and it's clear he considers what his guests need (toiletries, extra towels, pool towels, etc.). The location was easy to get to and conveniently located by the freeway. I would definitely stay here again!

It was everything I hoped for. We stayed for a month and I didn't want to leave. House was great. Red Cliff National Conservation area is spectacular, and is walking distance. So many areas to run, hike or bike. Zion and Snow Canyon are near bye. So much to do if you love the outdoors. The host was great! Thanks Neal for letting us use your home!
