Room in an artsy bohemian style town house. Easy access to the mountains. 10 minutes away from downtown. In a neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. Easy access to bus that goes down to historic pearl street. This is a dedicated room and bathroom with access to the shared kitchen via my living space. For the allergic, a cat lived here months ago. She's gone now. The cat only lived on the main level -- never in the rooms. Boulder Rental License: RHL-01000788 There is a private bath. The room is equipped with an oak writing desk, a bench, and a queen sized bed. Sleeping accoutrements include a Dr's choice medium firm mattress, a memory foam topper, and multiple pillows to choose from for different necks. The room faces the back of the property and so is quiet. There is very little traffic. Gov Notice: The owner lives on premise. City Council passed Ordinance 8585 on Aug. 17, 2023, sets the limit of unrelated people per dwelling unit to five. The room is limited to two.

great location in North Boulder. not a busy area but there are several restaurants nearby including a local brewing.

It was great to stay with Nicholas for over 10 days . I had to come in to boulder in a pretty bad storm and he was understanding and gave good instructions. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry were easy to figure out with sticky notes everywhere . The place was quiet and also close by from boulder downtown if you drive . I am it sure about public transportation but I did see a bust stops nearby. Had good conversations and it was nice to chat a bit with the host. All in all it was a great plane and would recommend it strongly.

My trip was cut short because of a family emergency; because I was distracted by the emergency, I neglected to cancel my stay with Nicholas. Although I did not have the opportunity to stay in the room hosted by Nicholas, he was still very hospitable, accommodating, and communicated very well. I am sure Nicholas’s AirBnB is nothing short of excellent, and I would still recommend staying there based solely on the host himself!

Nicholas made sure I felt right at home every moment I was at the airbnb. He was very respectful, friendly, and hospitable. The bedroom was perfect for my short stay. The Airbnb is located at a very quiet and safe location. I 100% recommend!

The room and bathroom are exactly as described. I had clear instructions for getting in and the amenities. Convenient location, though not downtown. Only point that was negative was the strong smell from the cat.

It is easy to find parking on the street.
The bus is 5 blocks away and goes downtown with out any transfers. Takes about 20 minutes with stops. The line is called the Skip.
There is also a Colorado Car Share in the neighborhood. This car rental model is different. You reserve and rent the car for brief trips.
There is a small business center within 5 blocks where you can eat Mexican, Indian (Tibetan style), Italian, or wood fired pizza, as well as coffee shops and bakeries.
