KITCHEN 👩🏼‍🍳 The unit features a modern kitchen with all the amenities you need for your vacation or business trip. There is a microwave and oven for cooking meals as well as a refrigerator, kettle and blender. Complementary, coffee, tea and sugar as well as salt pepper and cooking oil are on hand for you at all times. Pots and pans as well as cutlery and other kitchen essentials are available at for your use. LIVING AND DINING AREA 🍽️ The living/dining area is open concept. There is a stylish new couch in the living room. A large HD TV and access to streaming apps are available for your entertainment. The dining area features a 6-person dining table and the living room opens to the garden area via beautiful wall -sized folding doors. GARDEN AND OUTDOORS 🪴 This apartment features a private garden with outdoor seating and dining. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a meal outdoors whilst watching and listening to birds who frequent the garden especially early in the morning. A braai (grill) area is also available for your convenience. Braai tools are available for your use along with free wood and fire lighters The hammock in the garden is an excellent place to unwind with a book or to catch a relaxing outdoor siesta. BATHROOM 🚿 The unit has newly renovated bathroom with a rainfall showerhead featured in a walk-in shower. We provide complimentary body wash and shampoo. A hair dryer is available for your use and is located in the bathroom cardboard. BEDROOMS 🛌 Bedroom 1: Queen Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: 3/4 bed x 2 Each room is stylishly decorated, and Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have remote working spaces available inside the rooms. All bedrooms have a full length mirror on the inside of the wardrobe door. GARAGE/PARKING 🅿️ - Free on-site parking for 2 cars. One car can be parked inside the Garage and the other right outside the entrance to the flat. - Please notify the host should you have more than 2 vehicles in your travel party so as to make additional parking arrangements. KEEPING COOL 😎 The living area downstairs is generally cool, even during the summer. All the bedrooms have remote operated ceiling fans to help you keep cool. The remotes are mounted on the wall, right next to the light switch. CLEANING 🧹 - The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after you have checked out. There is a standard cleaning charge included in your booking fee for that. - For stays longer than 7 days, we will contact you for a change of linen and towels at no additional charge. - Refer to the ‘other notes’ section below for more information, should you wish to have additional cleaning during your stay.
