Ten acres of rest and relaxation in the AZ Junipers. Our cozy cabin offers guests a peaceful getaway from city life. Just off famous Route 66 with The Grand Canyon, Williams, and Seligman close by. In gorgeous woods, our cabin offers beautiful mountain views, and on good days, we also have a variety of wildlife roaming such as deer and elk. There are many amazing places to explore and experience in short distance drives, or simply enjoy the tranquility of the forest around the firepit. This is an OFF-GRID cabin. We DO NOT have WIFI. We operate on solar power so electronics such as a microwave, hair dryers, straighteners, and curling iron are not available. We hope you enjoy UNPLUGGING in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom small cabin. The master bedroom has a double-sized bed and its own heat source. The second bedroom enjoys a single bed with trundle and heating provided by the heat source in the main living area. Anyone who enjoys a cooler place to sleep might prefer the small bedroom. The main living area has a pullout queen size bed that sleeps 2 people with pillows and blankets located in the coffee table cubbies. The kitchen is fully functional with a propane stove and oven, medium-sized refrigerator, and electric coffee maker. For those seeking a more unique experience, there is a percolating coffee maker available (highly recommended on cloudy days). There is a private back patio area accessible through the small bedroom back door. This is the recommended smoking area as that is where the ash tray and cigarette butt disposal is located (please pick up all cigarette/cigar waste and clean out ash tray). The spacious fire pit and grilling area is the perfect place to gather and enjoy nature. Three bundles of firewood are provided if more is needed, we do have it available for sale, and you can message for details. If you are seeking a taste of history, the wood in the living room walls came from a Dude Ranch established in the late 1800s. Many cowboys and cowgrils must've hung their hats on those walls. For those seeking peaceful nature views, this is the spot for you.
