I can't give an accurate review of the location because we were relocated the day before our arrival date due to "overbooking". Mind you, we had this booked since September. They put us in a hotel, not near the beach and refunded part of our money as a way to say sorry. In my opinion that was not good enough for someone else's incompetence. Fortunately we still had a wonderful vacation despite this places inconveniences it put on me and my family. Going from a spacious condo to a single hotel room was not in our plans but we made it work. All in all I will never book with them again. If you are looking for a place that treats you right with impeccable customer service stay at the Hyatt Place near The Baytowne Wharf. Wonderful hotel.

The place was nice and easy to accommodate our small family. Located across from the beach.

My friends and I had a great time here
