Gina's studio was incredible from top to bottom. The place looks like a magazine, but feels as cozy and comfortable as you could imagine. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is spacious, with a desk, tables and sitting area. The shower was also rally nice and everything was spotlessly clean. Gina herself is an incredible host; friendly, responsive and generous. The home is in walking distance to anything you desire in Jacksonville, including hiking trails, the Britt music venue, restaurants, the grocery store, wineries and shopping. I couldn't ask for a better stay!

Gina was beyond exceptional as a host. The house was well beyond what we hoped for, and made a disappointing trip (our concert at The Britt was cancelled) still incredibly enjoyable! We walked to restaurants and basked in the lovely living room ambiance. Will definitely book again!

Beautifully decorated and very spacious. Everything was spotless and very comfortable! Very reasonably priced for what you get and the location can't be beat. Definitely will stay here again when we're in Jacksonville!! Thank you Gina for a wonderful stay!!
