Great communication, went above and beyond to make us feel at home. House was clean, back yard was amazing. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of utensils and supplies for staying. Would stay again.

Vinh was an amazing host! Very communicative through the whole process. Flexible timing, very well organized, amazing house, great location. It goes on and on, but if you are looking for a little getaway here in the Central Valley this is the house to be! We used all amenities and had a blast doing it. Very nice stay. Easily held 3 families (6 adults, 4 children). House was comfortable for all of us -- great beds, soft linens. Vinh was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed, stocking the house with drinks and snacks, even sending a surprise pizza to the house on our last night. The pool was great and fairly well shaded. Overall no complaints.

It was a mom's girls' trip that we had booked this home for. It was amazing, with lots of snacks and a gloriously stocked pantry. Pizza was ordered for us the first night, the kitchen was ready for everything we needed. The pool and backyard were breathtaking you will not find a better outdoor place! The weather was hot but the home stayed cool, the beds were comfy and the home was clean. We hope to bring our families back to enjoy this amazing home.

Vinh is an exceptional host. He was super friendly and responsive. This Airbnb is incredible. We had so much fun and made many memories. We felt right at home. Everything possible was thought of and very well maintained. Clean and comfortable. Many amenities. We are so grateful to Vinh for such a wonderful experience!!
