The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 1 queen sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 full sized bed in the middle room, 1 queen sized bed and one twin bed in the 3rd room. If requested (before check in), access to 1 air mattresses. The living room also has 2 sofas. Make this time about hanging out with your family and/or friends around the mocha colored coffee table and tell each other nostalgic stories or talk about your future dreams and hopes. Or just watch a movie, play a board game or just relax and unwind with a good book or the 50 inch TV. Keep walking past the living room and you'll find yourself in the open kitchen area and can mingle and drink a glass a wine around the quartz island. There is ample counter space to cook and spread out. Or if you don't feel like cooking, mingle around the island, eat some appetizers while you wait on your Uber eats or any of the restaurants from the neighboring areas such as Second Ward, EaDo, Midtown, Downtown, or the Heights. All rooms are located on the left side of the house. The guest bathroom is nestled between the first 2 rooms, each with it's own cozy beds. Keep walking toward the back of the house and the head of your group can enjoy their stay in the master bedroom with access to their own private bathroom with 2 sinks, 2 large mirrors and their own standup shower. Come out of the master bedroom and walk toward the mud room where you can look out the window to the backyard with luminous string lights. Immediately across from the mud room, you'll find the cozy laundry room where you have FREE access to a Samsung washer and drier with FREE detergent so you'll have clean clothes throughout your trip! PETS: $20 per dog per night. Amount will be collected through resolution center after booking. Houston is a great place to take your dog. There are restaurants and bars that allow dogs. We are only open to dogs. No other type of pets. Contact us if you are considering bringing your dog to make sure they will be approved. If you provide the number of dogs, type, breed, and an overview of their temperament, we can expedite getting an answer back to you.
