Overall a great stay, would recommend, would come again. Pros: 1. Everything is new, very clean and spotless. 2. Host is responsive. Cons: 1. A bit of a walk to the nearest public transportation, but very doable. 2. Construction all over the area, and lots of cars passing through in tight allies. It's quite chaotic. 3. No free parking. You do get a slight discount. 4. The Zizel Signity is a long term stay hotel and must have their own website where you can book directly. It has slightly different terms when it comes to cancellation policy, check in/out times, etc. I booked via airbnb and what is stated on the airbnb listing should be my terms. However, the host kept telling me the terms on the zizel dignity website and asking me to follow those terms which I couldn't agree to. She ultimately let me go with the more favorable (to me) airbnb terms but she made it sound like she was doing me a favor, but clearly it was the terms that was stated in the airbnb listing in the first place.

Love it, love it!!! Our family stayed at Zizel Signity, Seocho in Seoul for over 3 weeks. Location-wise, it's amazing! Located just a 5-minute walk from the Nambu bus terminal MTR station so it's very close and convenient to go everywhere in Seoul. There are tons of restaurants, cafes, and stores around the apartment, and safe to walk even at midnight. :) And the best host! She responded promptly always to what we requested while we staying and she tried to offer it all the time and made sure we were comfortable staying. The apartment is new and a super clean unit. Well-equipped like built-in machines in the unit. The fitness center and dryer machines units are very new in the basement and the trash-recycling place is super clean. Quite impressive! We're glad to find this unit and stay comfortably in Seoul and highly recommend this to anyone visiting Seoul for a comfortable stay. We definitely want to stay again when we visit Seoul. :D

Super new and clean private one bed room apartment. It’s great for couples and family with young kids. We are a family of 4 traveling with 8 and 5 years old. The host provided comfortable floor toppers and beddings with plenty space for our kids. The building is almost brand new with easy entries, fast elevators, and high ceilings. The apartment decor is modern just like the listing pictures with convenient and brand new appliance. The LG styler steam closet is especially helpful to clean the clothes. Central heating and two A/C units keep the flat comfortable. Kitchen also equips with microwave and cooking wares for light cooking. Location is about 5 minutes away from Nambu Bus Terminal Subway Station.

it was great place to stay. separate bedroom and living room and good size of kitchen. new construction and nice furniture. I am going to stay second time during this trip before going back to USA. Istrongly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for clean and nice place.
