Stasa is a two-story stone house 105 sq.m. that was built at the end of the 18th century in the historical town of Aegina island and was renovated in 2021 with a lot of love and passion from the owners, keeping intact the traditional architecture that is part of the cultural heritage of the island and highlighting it with modern minimalist interventions, using only eco-friendly primary materials. The house consists of two apartments, on the ground and the first floor that have a private entrance and courtyard, high quality infrastructure and facilities, simple aesthetic equipment and provide all the modern amenities for a particularly warm hospitality. They are shaped with simple interior architectural decoration in white and earthy tones, made of stone and wood. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with built-in shower, a bedroom/living room, an open wardrobe and a Smart TV on the ground floor and a bedroom, a W.C. , an open wardrobe and a Smart TV on the first floor. Air conditions provide proper cooling and heating for a comfortable stay all months. The private courtyard integrates fully the space and has a built-in living room with cushions on the ground floor and a beautiful terrace with wooden furniture on the first floor. ​The thick walls, the mild climate, the warm sunlight that enters from the wooden windows, make it ideal for hospitality all year round.
