Our Airbnb has it all - hot tub, fire pit, outdoor living area, gym area (Peloton & treadmill), plenty of beds, and a Ping-Pong table - plus it's situated in Franklinton, one of Columbus's hottest neighborhoods. From Nationwide Arena to Lower dot com Field and all the best restaurants & breweries in between, this is an ideal spot to stay. Elevate your standards, Perfect for a week and or weekend getaway with friends, family, Loved ones, and Co-workers to enjoy a relaxing trip right in the City! MAIN FLOOR: - Right when you walk in through the front door you will be welcomed by the lovely living room, dining area and kitchen. - Dining table has room for 4. - 1 king bedroom and 3 queen bedrooms all sit on the first floor. The king bedroom has a connecting half bathroom. - The other bathroom is a full bath and also sits on the first floor. PATIO: - This is where you want to be! There's a beautiful hot tub for 6 at a time. (Absolutely NO GLASS OR SMOKING INSIDE OR AROUND) or a $500 fine. - Lots of seating where you will also find a gas fire pit. - In the summer time enjoy a nice meal outside as well with our picnic table we offer. - Feel free to bring some other outdoor games to enjoy the big backyard as well. BASEMENT AREA: - This is where you will enter the last bedroom (finished side) that offers a king bed. You will also have access to a living room area with a l-shape couch. Right behind the couch is where you will have full access to a lovely Peloton & treadmill to workout at your convenience. - Then on the other side of the basement is the (non finished side) that offers your ping pong table and a nice bar top table to come down and have a few fresh beers while playing a game of ping pong. This can also be a great spot for the kids to get away and have fun as well. Also on this side is a washer & dryer. PARKING: - You will have access to 1 spot in the garage that I recommend is a compact car. - You will also have 4 spots out back on the paved area with plenty of room. - If for some reason you have guests (occupancy is only 10) then there is free street parking as well. GARAGE: - 1 Free spot inside the garage with a code. **High chair can be requested as well and rented as noted for $30 for stay. This is not at the unit so will need to give us 24 hour heads up**
