Fantastic Villa. Views from the terrace were amazing. Great location, responsive hosts and overall great experience booking this property. Would definitely return!

Similar comments to other reviews. Walk back up from beaches/bars and restaurants very uphill (lots of steps). Hire Car worked well for us. However I thought I would add a clearer description of layout. 20 steps up from front gate to front door. Pool is perfectly ok for a quick dip to cool down. Fake grass on patio is ok but gets VERY hot so deck shoes or flip flops are a must. Kitchen has all equipment inc good size fridge and freezer and in basement is washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has king sized bed, balcony and en-suite shower. Bedroom 2 has double bed. Bedroom 3 has two singles. Beds 2&3 share bathroom with bath. All bedrooms have aircon on this floor. 'Bedroom 4' is a double in basement with no opening windows and no aircon. It gets hot down there and there isn't much air. Group of 3 couples, 1 couple ended up sleeping in twin beds upstairs which was not ideal. There is a shower. The villa has a stunning view in peaceful location away from bars.

Beautiful, clean house with a view that’s worth the stairs! Shops and cafes are 10 mins walk away with aqualand across the road from them. Issue with the AC but the host was quick to fix- no issues! Great stay!

We loved our stay at beautiful Casa Calmos. The villa looks exactly like the photographs with spectacular views, especially at sundown. Everything was spotless with a very well-equipped kitchen. We particularly loved the Gas BBQ which was large allowing us to cook some steak for the group. I was so appreciative that they thought of everything from leaving us beach towels and even offering to lend us some toys for my son to play with whilst we stayed. The only slight downside was that we went in February so the pool was cool (but useable). We also had a hire car which I feel was a must for this location as it is up a steep hill so walking to and from supermarkets, beaches etc would not have been an option. Additionally, the apartment has a lot of stairs which wasn't an issue for us but it may be for others. Overall, I can't recommend this villa enough. It's at the top of our list when we go back to Tenerife.

I booked this villa for 5 nights with a group of 6 friends for a girls holiday. Overall we were very pleased! The villa looks exactly like the photos, the outside area was amazing with comfy furniture, great views and beautiful sunsets! The location was nice but a bit of a walk to shops and bars / restaurants and a steep climb back up. The only thing we didn't like were the beds. As previously mentioned in other reviews, the beds were not that comfortable. The mattresses are hard and only one pillow given per person so as a result none of us slept particularly well which was a shame as everything else was pretty perfect. We did send a message to the person who met us asking for more pillows but we never received a response.
