Super accommodating host, made breakfast for us in the morning with a lot of ingredients she foraged on her own. Wish we could have stayed longer here. It is a great retreat to enjoy nature and have a peaceful time.
Wendy was a great, responsive host. The property was as described and pretty much what we expected, very much like camping or maybe closer to "glamping". our 5 year old daughter wasn't a huge fan of the porta potty and bugs, but it was a good intro to camping for them. We were mostly just looking for somewhere to sleep since we had a family reunion to go to so honestly didn't spend much time at the camp. We would have loved to check out the river but it was very muddy & buggy while we were there. Overall good experience though!
