This place is fantastic. Book it as soon as you can for as long as you can. That green outdoor area with the grill and furniture is for exclusive use of this unit, and that grill is amazing.

The place is very nice, large and the location is simply fantastic. The yard area is a great bonus. The only issue is that it was in the upper 80's the week we were there and like many, many nice places in the area there was no AC. Because the location is a large, first floor unit, there was also not the breeze you would get right on the ocean. I would definitely stay there again, just not when the weather is that hot... which it normally isn't. If being hot and humid doesn't bother you it would be great even when it is hot. It was just too hot during most of the day.

We had a wonderful time at Maria’s place - it was exactly as expected and Maria was a very friendly and responsive host. Great location! We’ll be back.
