The host trying to lie that heating working properly without reason .Not help for solving the problem more than 24 hours! Very unprofessional behavior with lack of respect. Be carefull with this girl!

Romina was a wonderful host. She was super communicative all the way up to the booking, quick to respond and happy to help at any point. Unfortunately we never actually made it to Bratislava due to sickness but I know for sure that next time we book a place in Bratislava it will be with Romina again!
