Just to assure anyone looking to come to Napier. that although some areas of Napier have been flooded, our bnb is nowhere near the flooded areas and most attractions, wineries restaurant's and tours have not been affected at all. l am a school teacher who has been traveling the world for 40+ years and have visited 96 countries. My other passion is interior decorating and constructing our new bnb in 2022, has given me the opportunity to use this skill. The appartment is light airy and bright and has natural cross flow ventilation which makes it comfortable on hot HB days, but is completely insulated to keep you warm and snug in Winter. The bathroom has been described as 4 star and boasts a large shower for relaxation. There are NO clothes washing facilities OFFERED at the appartment, but there is a laundromat a 3 minute drive away. Although there are tea/coffee making facilities, a toaster, microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery, there is no provision for preparing meals. Guests have no need to wash their used dishes. We collect all used dishes and replace them with clean crockery and cutlery. The appartment is NOT suitable for children. A short stroll down the steps at the side of our house, through our garden, leads you to a secluded, sun drenched bottom deck, with with amazing sea views, which you can enjoy at your leisure. Turn right at the top of our drive and 5 minutes by car, leads you to many of Napiers popular restaurants, cafes and bars. Turn left and a 3 minute drive has you in the centre of the city. There has been a great response to our little hidden gem, nestled high on one of Napiers 3 hills.
