The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances, oven , all cookware/items needed for a comfortable stay and plenty of counter space. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, pool table area, outdoor games. **Please note that the fourth bed is a high-end queen-size sofa bed, separated from the living room by long and elegant curtains for privacy** There is enough room to fit 3 cars in the driveway. It is strictly prohibited to park in the street or on the grass. 3 minutes drive from the restaurants and shops. We understand that you are here to enjoy your vacation, But this is a very quiet and established neighborhood. You don't like noisy neighbors at home? They don't either ;) Check out is at 11am unless requested and approved for later than 11am for $90. We charge an unauthorized late checkout fine of $250. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. We would like to make sure you are aware of the strict noise ordinance in this residential area. . City Code enforced quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. You will love the street for its quietness... so it has to stay that way :)) The number of guests on site, at any time, may not exceed the approved number as requested in your booking. Also, we are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay. Optional daily housekeeping available for a fee.
