Tian was very helpful and accommodating. There was a misunderstanding with the check-in time however Tian quickly and kindly rectified this and accommodated our request to check-in slightly earlier. Instructions to collect keys and check-in weren’t very clear as we had ended up in a different building somehow but eventually got to the right place and also thought the place to collect the keys were directly below the flats which it wasn’t. Regardless Tian’s place was amazing. Very spacious, clean and as advertised. Came with everything we needed. The place and locality is safe, secure, clean and convenient. Literally a 2 minute walk from the tube station and has so many shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Would recommended this place and would return again! Thank you Tian!

Very clean and spacious flat for our family of four, communication with the host was very speedy and great. Overall recommended!

We only stayed one night but right from the moment we booked Tian was amazing and always ready to help. They even allowed us to check out later as we had ran the Battersea 10k in the morning. A small birthday gift was also left for our daughter which was so sweet.
