This is a fantastic deal. Madam Shazma was responsive, kind and made sure that everything went smoothly. The location is very peaceful and is a short walk to the beach. The home itself was spotless and well-appointed. I heartily recommend Madam Shazma.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern für einen Monat in der Wohnung und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Der moderne, hohe Standard der gesamten Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Die Architektur und Bepflanzung haben Charme und der riesige Pool eignet sich sogar zum sportlichen Schwimmen. Die Kommunikation mit Shazma war reibungslos und schnell. Was für uns zudem wichtig war: zuverlässiges Internet in einer für Videocalls ausreichenden Geschwindigkeit, damit wir arbeiten konnten. Auch das hat geklappt. Die Internetgeschwindigkeit war für Sansibar-Verhältnisse gut, aber immer noch ausbaufähig. Insgesamt eine super Preis-Leistung und eine Top-Empfehlung für längere Aufenthalte auf Sansibar.

We had a great stay at Shazma’s apartment! The apartment is newly built, has great facilities, and is located near many good restaurants. Getting to the beach is easy, and Shazma is a very helpful host.

The apartment was very nice, spacious, clean, and filled with daylight. The ceilings are high and create a very nice open space. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are roomy and clean, kitchen is fully equipped. The real gem is the garden - it’s full of green plants that create a private space to relax in. The construction didn’t bother us at all, it was very quiet. Restaurants, shops and beaches are just a short walk away. All in all we were very delighted with our stay and will definitely come back!

I have stayed in many Airbnb’s right across Africa and this has been by far the best I’ve stayed in. The host was fantastic and responsive and the management looking after the property went above and beyond to help us out with leaving bags and accomodating a change of date. Most well stocked kitchen and amenities I’ve experienced. Warning to anyone staying here, you won’t want to leave! Will be back for sure.
