Such a beautiful place! Our extended family and kids (6, 3, and 1) loved this place. The pool was a perfect kid friendly size that warmed up enough by the sun in the afternoon. The ocean view is amazing, and the sound of the waves during the day/night is powerful. The water wasn’t swimmable with the undertow, but it was great to walk the shore. There is some construction next door, but it wasn’t too loud that we couldn’t enjoy our stay. Mike picked up groceries for us (for a fee) and it was worth it! Saved us hours of shopping on the way to the house. Just beware: The house is over an hour from Cabo, and there’s not much around for food. It’s a rather rural setting, which just adds to the beauty. Mike was a wonderful, responsive host - you really couldn’t ask for better!

Villa Piazza is an amazing home with stunning view on the beach. It was exactly what we hoped for as a getaway outside of the busy Cabo area. Mike was a great host. He responded when we had questions. A couple things weren’t working however he said he’d repair these items during next vacancy. Construction was a bit noising in the morning when they first arrived on the weekdays but some earplugs got me right back to sleep. We played bocce ball, walked the beach, ate in Cerritos and todos santos, hired a chef one night, did family photos with local photographer. A well spent 5 nights!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Piazzas. The house is spacious and the beach is only steps away. Each bedroom has a balcony facing the sea and it was very soothing going to sleep to the sound of the waves. Several days we sat on the back patio, by the pool, and watched whales travelling down the cost. Michael was a great host and supplied many suggestions of where to visit, as well as hosting us on a fishing excursion where we caught enough Dorado (Mahi Mahi) and Sierra to feed us for the week. Michael also helped us get some of the fish cooked at a local restaurant, which was a great experience. Mid-March was a perfect time to visit. The weather was hot during the day but not humid. Evenings were cooler but didn't prevent outdoor activity. For example, we were able to have dinner at a beach restaurant in Todos Santos after dusk which was another unforgettable experience. This house was a perfect for a quiet getaway and Michael was a perfect host.

Beautiful, spacious, off grid home right on the beach, fully stocked with any household item you may need. Mike, our super-friendly host was always available to respond to issues, answer questions and give recommendations. His recommendation for a private whale watching tour exceeded expectations. Truly memorable experience chasing whale spouts and seeing 20+whales playing in the waves. (Getting in and out of the ocean through turbulent water on a 20 foot boat was its own adventure.😊) Another Mike-recommended stop worth seeing was a 3 minute drive to “Art and Beer.” A unique restaurant/ indoor-outdoor art space. Drinks were huge, the ceviche delicious and exhibited art diverse. Take advantage of this beautiful home! You won’t regret it!
