You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. This french country farm house is nestled near multiple castles, country villages with local charm and character. You will find St. Poucain wine region with multiple wineries a close distance with restaurants having food for your appetite. The house has everything you need for large family get away and or event you might want to host. You can swim in the pool and or enjoy your afternoon apertif. Our place has 5 rooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master suite with dedicated bathroom is on one end of house with a loft bedroom just outside. This end of the house is accessible with a chair lift to second floor. The two middle rooms of the house are medium sized rooms one with a bathroom on second floor and one having a bathroom on first floor. The large family room with 4 beds, a queen and two twin beds if great for a family wanting to stay together in a room and a dedicated bathroom on the same floor for sharing. The kitchen is a large kitcheh with an 16 person table. There is a double oven, large multiple burner cooktop and filled with all the items you will need for making family dinners. There is a back kitchen area with refrigerator, freezer, laundry, root celler and back up washing sink with diswasher. There is also a covered gazebo outdoor entertainment area with a table to seat up to 8 to 10 people, a countertop sink, gas griddle flat plate for cooking and entertaining for this space. This area gives you views of the garden and other areas and is often nice for a warm summer nights experience. There are multiple salons and intimate areas located throughout the length of the house, a large living family room with couches that recline and another dining area. Finally there is a fireplace room with office desk area and more smaller intimate salons for any needs for smaller more intimate breakout areas. There is a pool and area outside of pool that is funished with multiple lounge and other seating options. The pool can be covered or uncovered as needed in this area.
