Great unit. Very clean all amenities were wonderful. Excellent location very near Ayala and SM malls, many restaurants were nearby too. Hist Susan was extremely accommodating and very very friendly. Never have had any issues staying here.

Ms. Susan has been very responsive and patient to all my inquiries. I did not have a hard time asking things that I felt are essential in my stay to Cebu. The condo had the basics a “home” could offer. It was easy and accessible to geriartic clients that required a cane as security was courteous enough to hail for a cab for my family. If you were to rent a car, guest parking is only limited near the club house as parking is mostly occupied & paid a daily price of PHP 300. Security would ask all cabs to submit IDs of drivers for safety. Service interruption for maintaince is also notified in advanced and tenants are well informed ahead of time. Hot shower is readily available even when used succeedingly by multiple people. Door safety is through passcode that is shared by the owner. There is limited garbage can in the bathroom and only 1 trash can in the unit. Garbage sheute is also far to throw trash. Wifi is fast. Overall, it is a very good air bnb.

Excellent location. Susan was the best, very accommodating and so helpful. Very clean and the description was very accurate. very comfortable unit with everything you would need. When I'm back in Cebu I will look to book this unit again. Again Thank You Susan
