Beautiful new flat. We very much felt at home at Sergei’s. Sergei was accommodating to our son’s sensitivity to strong detergents/ cleaning products and used unscented products to clean the flat before our arrival. The smaller mattress was firm and the larger mattress medium firm. Lots of storage. Quiet at night. The neighbourhood is ‘authentic’ in that you are living amongst residents and not tourists. Lots of good coffee shops and eateries within 5-20 min walk.

Sergei’s place was clean and comfortable. The apartment was nicely decorated with plenty of storage. We had everything we needed. Sergei was professional and friendly with responses. We’d love to stay here again.

Отличная локация. Близко до местной популярной улицы на которой много магазинов и ресторанов. За 20 мин можно дойти легко до набережной. Также есть в 10 мин электричка/метро, которая за 15 минут доставит вас в Старый Центр. Хозяин все четко описал. Надеюсь, не будет повышать цену в дальнейшем на аренду) Было уютно, как дома.
