Terry has a very special place. The decor was updated. The grille came in handy. The folks we met at the pool were very friendly. We actually had mutual acquaintances. Close to downtown. Close to many, many golf courses. Close to wonderful hiking trails. Next time, we will need to stay longer yo do all that’s available in the Rae.

Really lovely! Nicely decorated and a great view from the deck over a little pond/fountain. Well appointed with everything we needed. Really appreciated the welcome gift. It really felt like a home away from home. Would stay again. We hadn't spent much time in Cathedral City before as we usually stay in Palm Desert and it was fun exploring local restaurants/shopping.

What an amazing little oasis this Airbnb is. It is so peaceful and quiet. Designed beautifully, you immediately feel welcomed as you walk in. We are going to miss this place, hopefully someday we get chance to come back. Highly recommend!

Nice place - well maintained condo and well appointed. Nice safe gated community with all the amenities. The pools and spas were experiencing some issues but there were always some available for use as there are many in the complex. Nice friendly community and friendly residents. Even went to a great St. Patrick’s day party at the clubhouse. East access to town and airport as well as many of the cultural attractions. We would definitely stay again!

Terry could not have been a better host! Any questions or concerns we had were promptly addressed. If I could give Terry and the property more stars Iwould! The grounds and condo were beautiful and the condo was verywell stocked with almost everything you would need. Don't hesitate to book this property...you willnot be disappointed!
