Had a nice stay with our family of 4. The owner was really great and super responsive. He was very helpful for everything you may want or need in the small little surfing village of Balian. In the villa you can open up all the window and doors in the living/kitchen area to have a nice outdoor feel. It was relaxing to eat at the outdoor table while the kids played in the pool. A few mosquitos come out around dusk, but that's everywhere in Bali. The highlight of the villa was the amazing outdoor showers at night....It's huge and the stars shine so bright while outside. There's two nice restaurants just a few meters from the villa so food options are cheap and easy. You can't really swim at the beach as others have mentioned, but there is really nice and clean river that you can play in with the kids. It's like an outdoor wonderland for them, with all the sticks etc to play with around the beach and river. Such a nice relaxing place away the typical Bali crowds.

A beautiful villa in peaceful Balian, incredible surf a short walk away. Arsa was so helpful and responsive, helping us organize transport, massages at the villa to scooters to explore the area. Villa is so beautiful, a true gem in tucked away from busy Canggu even better than the listed photo's. Perfect size for two couples.

Stylish and beautiful character property. Very well maintained. With our family of 4x we used both double bedrooms downstairs and one of the loft rooms (accessible via adventurous steep steps). Property is a 2min walk to Balian Beach, a stunning, sleepy surfing spot. Can't believe we only stayed for 1x night! Lovely cafe and restaurant next door. Just perfect. Eddie was awesome at organising our driver, Rio, who we would absolutely recommend. Can't wait to stay again and for longer!!
