Although the weather was not kind, the weekend break was terrific, the house was warm with ducted air conditioning. Beach walks with the dog was still possible & so close . The cafe across the road does great coffee breakfast & lunch, although the facilities in the accommodation meant that you could bring all your own food. A good gas stove & quality European appliances. Beds were firm but comfy & good space in living areas & adjoining outdoor areas. There was some outdoor weather protection on the adjoining side verandah. Great having access via garage also. I would definitely return to experience the area in better weather given the accommodation & location were great.

Neil's place was beautiful, spacious, clean and secure (for our dog too!). The lawn was freshly cut and all of us enjoyed the beautiful garden and decks. The location was perfect for the beachy weekend we had planned, with 3 beaches (dog friendly, swimming, etc) in walking distance (less than 10 minutes away). He was friendly, approachable with local tips on the area and was a phone call away for entire weekend. When we plan our next beach weekend, we would love to stay at Neil's place!

Loved our stay at Neil's place in Bulli - and our pup did too! Spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, and so many lovely options for walks right at the doorstep. Will be back to stay again soon!

Fantastic place in a wonderful location near two lovely beaches including one dog party beach - we had a great stay and Neil was very accommodating. Highly recommend.
