Given all the five star reviews, a disappointing stay. Pluses—fair price during eclipse in Dallas, comfy bed, plenty of seating, big closet, washer and dryer. Disappointments—an air freshener had been put in the living room to cover up what seemed to be cigarette smoke. Even after we removed it, there was still a cloying smell that was difficult to tolerate. The backyard hammock chair, which was supposed to handle 200+ lbs, immediately snapped and fell to the ground when I (160 lbs) sat on it. I landed on the concrete patio and was fortunately only bruised. Neighborhood was noisy, due to very loud, unmufflered cars speeding through day and night. Outlet near sink didn't work. Shampoo container was empty and the hand soap in the bathroom only lasted two days. There was only one hand towel and one full-sized plate. No kitchen towels. Small creamers left for coffee were all spoiled and had to be tossed. Didn't use backyard due to noise. Definitely not five-star stay.

Better than we excepted!! This home was very accommodating for my husband & I with our 19mo twins. Very kid friendly, the backyard was gorgeous, the neighbors were friendly as well. It felt like a hotel with how prepared & clean everything was! Travel size shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, laundry detergent, etc was there already!

Very close to lots of things including the AT&T stadium which made our stay very enjoyable. It was a very cute place and felt like home. 10/10 would stay again!

Loved the home, and great neighborhood! Close to all the things we wanted to do.
