if you want to spend 900$ for a weekend but get a worse experience than a motel then stay here. the motel is better I thought the host would care enough to read the reviews but all issue have clearly not been accounted for and the host pretends the water leaking onto the floor, flooding the kitchen was something their cleaner notified them about. I don't even know where to start. dirty plates utensils cookware, dirty and gross. nobody checked it? damaged furniture that can cause someone to fall off the couch bc the couch is breaking? don't even know if this place has a functioning shower. no hot water. takes forever and it goes cold I booked this originally thinking my brothers family and his baby could come. I loved the idea of room darkening shades. apperently the host thinks sheer shades = room darkening. the sun lights up the whole room at 5am and you need sunglasses to even sleep. I reached out to the host about it and they never even replied don't waste your money

House needs a lot of maintenance— we came to the house to find wet, soggy kitchen floors from what looks like a leak from the dishwasher, fridge also had a leak that caused water to pool, and worst of all, the one shower had a very low water pressure and the hot water shut off after 4-5 min every time! We notified the host about these issues, but they did not respond with much urgency to address the issues. From their responses (and now, after reviewing the previous reviews), it looks like they’re very aware of the issues but have not fixed them. For some positives, the beds were comfortable and the location is great. Just note that one of the bedrooms only has a full-size mattress with a pull-out trundle. Also worth noting that the kitchen is not stocked with basic ingredients and spices. And the sofa beds in the living room are not very comfortable— I can’t imagine anyone sleeping on them. For two nights, we made the best of our trip but will likely not stay at this place again.

The host was very helpful with issues. They were very easy to reach and very quick to respond to questions. This is a beautiful home.

Pros: The house is clean, as shown in photos, sea view from the front porch, deceptively spacious, very comfortable, has a tv and a super soft fuzzy extra blanket in every room, a well stocked kitchen, a lovely back yard with jacuzzi, and a massage chair, which was a huge hit with everyone. Host was communicative and responsive. Gave clear arrival/departure instructions and jacuzzi use instructions. Cons: One bedroom is described as having a king and a twin bed, but only has a king. Inadequate amount of towels for the number of guests especially with a jacuzzi, issue with tankless hot water heater caused shower to cycle hot for about 5 minutes, then cold for 5 minutes, then hot again, driveway is very short and steep. The house sits on a narrow one way street and there are often many cars parked along both sides. This made getting in/out of the driveway challenging in our SUV. Overall, I'd absolutely stay here again if the hot water was repaired.
